New Chapter for LeBron James

Rachel Nichols interviewing LeBron James on the new school and his new chapter in his life becoming an Los Angeles Lakers.
Rachel Nichols: “What do you think when you hear, Lakers forward LeBron James. “
LeBron James: “It still sounds kind of weird. But it definitely feels good and I’m looking forward to it.”
Rachel Nichols: “You’ve talked about how much Ohio means to you, how much Cleveland, the Cavaliers have meant to you. How tough a call was it?”
LeBron James: “It’s kind of a bittersweet moment right now. It’s always a tough decision when you leave home or you leave an organization that you’ve been with for multiple years. It’s a decision that was best for me and my family.”
Rachel Nichols: “Why did you picked Lakers over going to a team that’s closer to winning a championship now, because those are two different things. “
LeBron James: “I just felt like at this point in my career, the ultimate for me– just like when I went to Miami was (47-35) the year before I joined that team and you look at the Lakers record– so I like the challenge of being able to help a team get to someplace they haven’t been in quite a while. I think it’s a great moment for only me but for my family and for the history of basketball in general.”
LeBron James is exciting for the new chapter in his life and new challenges for him. He is ready to be challenged and to see what he can do for the Lakers this year. LeBron may be leaving Cleveland, but he is still providing children with a new elementary school and helping children who need help with learning. We are excited to see LeBron James in career path and to see what he does for the Lakers.
